Even the carnivores won’t miss the meat!

This week’s recipe is tasty, REALLY tasty!  And it’s got a smoky flavor that will satisfy the meat-eaters in your family.  I found this recipe for Kale and Black-Eyed Peas with Smoky Grits in the Washington Post Food section.  I’m just passing along the link this week, because the recipe needs no changes – tasty, quick, and simple.  Enjoy!
