I was out at our favorite Sky Meadows State Park yesterday, enjoying the beautiful decorations. The Mt. Bleak house was adorned in decorations from the Civil War to the 1950s. Park personnel were cooking in the fireplaces – apple tansy, jambalaya, cornbread, and wassail! 
Just the right place to get in the mood for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. I wish you and your family a happy, healthy, and green Christmas!
